I’m Nitin
For over three decades, I’ve been immersed in the HVAC world, driven by a simple yet profound belief: our buildings should not only be constructed better but should also enable us to breathe better. At Dew Point, this principle guides every decision and every partnership.
My early years in the HVAC realm were spent managing projects for respected MNCs, including E-Merck, Crosslands Research Laboratories, and Kodak India. This time, working closely with the pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors consolidated my understanding of the critical role HVAC systems play in maintaining optimal indoor environments.
Drawing on this foundational core, I started Dew Point to bridge the gap between industry leaders in the HVAC space and the specific needs of the biopharma industry and building and construction sectors.
In addition to my day job, I’ve always felt a calling to advocate for the HVAC&R community and to do my bit to evolve our industry and its practices. This ethos led me to actively contribute to bodies like ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and IAQA. My aim is not just to represent my peers but to foster dialogues that shape our industry’s future.
HVAC is not just a technical domain; it’s an arena where engineering meets empathy. At Dew Point, as in my personal journey, the goal has always been to meld these two facets, ensuring our builtenvironments reflect innovation and humanity.
